Alex Veitch

Campaigns Manager

Alex joined RECLAIM as our Campaigns Manager, and leads our Power Up programme. Having occupied increasingly middle class spaces at university and as a graduate, she is driven to create social change and enable working class young people to realise their potential. She's also at RECLAIM to pursue her dedication to equal opportunities and working class representation in all areas, as well as giving her all to fight for a fairer education system and Britain. Alex is a proud Mancunian and now enjoys having her dad's music taste, as well as being keen on fashion, beauty, travelling and olives.

Becca Annoh

Youth Engagement Officer

Becca joined RECLAIM in January and has been spearheading "The working Classroom" by delivering online sessions focusing on soft skills and wellbeing for young people. She is currently working on webinars and podcasts in partnership with Student Space. In addition, the English Speaking Board has partnered with RECLAIM to offer oracy qualifications with Becca as a practitioner. Passionate about equality, Becca hopes that through her work with RECLAIM young people will become advocates in their community and that their voices will always be amplified. In her spare time, you will find her going to live gigs, cooking great food and exploring beaches!

Director of Programmes

A proud Yorkshire lass (with Kiwi heritage), honorary Mancunian, and a lover of Irn-Bru. Becky has a longstanding background working to remove the barriers that lie ahead of far too many young people achieving their goals, whatever those goals may be. As someone who didn't attend University and who understands the impact that not having a degree can have in terms of career prospects, she is also a keen champion of non-graduate talent. Also, LOVES dogs, Rugby League and the Sea.

Chris Clarke

Director of Business Development

Chris explores new opportunities for income generation and fundraising, developing partnerships with a diverse range of likeminded stakeholders and supporting the strategic development of RECLAIM's pioneering projects and campaigns. He is proud to be the Chair of national mental health charity Chasing the Stigma, as well as a Non-Executive Director of the European Healthy Stadia Network and a Governor at St Mary's Birchley Primary School. He loves being with his wife and four kids, as well as running his son's junior football team, getting  on his mountain bike and watching the mighty reds at Anfield - which doesn't go down well with our Manchester colleagues!

Jamilo Mohamed

Youth Engagement Officer

Jamilo has always worked with children from a young age but became interested in youth work during her summer placement while studying at university. She joined RECLAIM in March as a Youth Engagement Officer and has been loving every moment. She is running her own project about the effects COVID and lockdown has had on young people. Additionally, Jamilo will now be running the Working Classroom sessions. In her spare time, she enjoys gaming and discovering new music around the world. She is currently playing Genshin Impact and taking an interest in Thai TV shows and movies.

Kirsten Graver

Campaigns & Digital Officer

Kirsten is committed to supporting RECLAIM’s young people through running our digital platforms and assisting on campaigns to provide more opportunities and breaking down the barriers for working class young people. With a background in environmental campaigns, Kirsten understands the lack of working class representation in this space but also in campaigning as a whole. Currently, she is working on webinars, promotion of programmes and Changemakers. Kirsten loves to upcycle clothes for her friends and family and keeping creative through painting or knitting!

Finance Officer

A proud member of RECLAIM Project Ltd, Lima joined in 2017 and is from Manchester. As a finance officer, Lima deals with day to day finance functions including purchase invoices, bank reconciliation, management accounts and payroll. She loves to play with numbers, plants and nature.

Nia Mack
Nia Mack

Youth Engagement Officer

Nia is a Youth Engagement Officer with a passion for bettering young people's lives. Her history with RECLAIM runs deep, as she was also a young person on “The Manchester Youth Cohort” back in 2014. Back in 2014, Nia describes herself as 'a confused and angry young person', but RECLAIM, along with others, nurtured and guided Nia onto the right path and she is now a caring, informed, driven and independent woman who aims to support and guide as many young people as possible in creating a healthy and productive future. In her spare time, she is creative and loves to write and perform spoken word poetry about today's society and different injustices that people in the world face today.

Olu Olowogboye

Youth Engagement Officer

Olu joined RECLAIM in January. Although Olu has a background in Accounting and Finance; he has decided to undertake work exploring leadership, social class and its importance. Olu has also been working to create a mentorship program for students to tailor help to young people. Having essentially lived all over the country, it is no surprise that his hobbies include sports, nature, exploring new scenes and opportunities. Olu is driven to make people feel supported and help them explore their talents and interests.

As someone who has lived in various settings, he understands the need to ensure people feel welcomed, listened to and a sense of belonging.

Roger Harding

Chief Executive

Roger Harding is chief executive of RECLAIM, the Manchester-based working-class youth leadership charity. After being raised by a single mum in a council house, Roger began his career fighting for social justice at the Joseph Rowntree Foundation before becoming director of communications, policy and campaigns at Shelter. He is vice-chair of Victim Support, and a member of the Mayor of London's Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Group. In his spare time he lets Spurs prey on his optimism.
